HIPAA compliance required (US) — forms, portal, and hosting must be HIPAA-compliant, not ADA compliance because the home has not been evaluated, so I’ll rather say The home is very wheelchair-friendly. We have wide doorways, a no-step ramped entrance through the garage, and open spaces that allow residents using wheelchairs or walkers to move around comfortably. While I don’t market the home as formally ADA compliant, we’ve intentionally incorporated accessibility features to support residents with mobility challenges.
